After you get your watch in and for any reason
you are not happy with it send it back for a refund. 30 Day
Inspection Period, you do not like your item? Refund it 100% in 30

Your satisfaction on this item is absolutely guaranteed! The
quality and craftsmanship is always top quality, and we guarantee the
value of this product. Here are some important reminders you should
know about our return policies. Please read carefully.
4-Year Iron-Clad Warranty Policy on 4 Year Swiss.
· Manufacturers' defects are covered
under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general
wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the
crown is always screwed in tight so water does not get in. If any
water damage is detected to have gotten in from the crown not being
tight, water damage is not covered
· You must email us with a
tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up
the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages
without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to
the customer
· Watches cannot be tampered with in any
way. All watchcases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you
open up the watchcase and the seal is broken, all return policies are
void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the
watch or open it up or we will not warranty the product
· If your product cannot be repaired, we
will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is
out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value.
In virtually all cases of manufacturers' defects, the products can be
repaired
· Please insure your return. We are not
responsible for shipping damages
· Intentional crown/stem damages are not
covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer
pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement.
However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect,
we will gladly repair/replace your product
· Allow up to 1-2 weeks to receive your
repair product
· The product is subject to final
inspection before it is repaired/exchanged
LOSS OF MINUTES (TIME) ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY / Your local
watch shop can adjust it for you. Each time we ship out a watch it
might get jarred and misalign the automatic movements, therefore
causing incorrect timing of the gears. At times people attempt to get
warranty work on a watch that gains 5 minutes per week. This is too
fine a adjustment for regular shipping methods. If possible stop by
our storefront locally and we will adjust it manually for you.
Satisfaction Guaranteed! - Refunds/Exchanges Policy
· The product must be post-marked no
later than 30 business days from the day you received it.
· You must email us with a tracking
number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the
returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without
tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the
customer
· The product must be returned unused and
in the original condition you received it in, with all original
packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be
credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product
the first time, your refund/exchange policy is void
· The product is subject to final
inspection before your return is processed
· Please insure your return. We are not
responsible for shipping damages
· Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to
appear on your credit card statement or check back to you.
